Terms of Use of the e-shop www.alpha-net.gr of the company AGGELIS ANASTASIOS.
Please read these terms carefully before using this website.
1.GENERAL
The website www.alpha-net.gr is an online commercial store selling technology products and telecommunications services over the Internet (hereinafter referred to as "alphanet" or "e-shop") created and operated by the company under the name AGGELIS G. ANASTASIOS, based in Galatsi, Attica, Tralleon 150 with a 057526948 and a Tax Office of Galatsiou (hereinafter referred to as "COMPANY" for the sake of brevity).
Every user who enters and makes use of the services of the e-shop is considered to consent and unconditionally accepts all the terms expressed on this website, without any exception. If you do not accept these terms, you are not allowed to use this website and make any transaction with this online store. Sending your order implies acceptance of all terms.
2.SPECIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
All available products meet European standards as defined by Greek and European legislation. Products marked EU: They have a menu in Greek, the guarantee is covered by the official representation in Greece, they do not contain a booklet with instructions in Greek.The technical characteristics and other elements of the available products are defined by each manufacturing company. The buyer is responsible for informing him about the exact specifications and technical characteristics of the products available. The posting of information and technical characteristics in the "online store" is done with all reservations and is in accordance with the information published by each manufacturer about his product.
3.ORDERING AND SHIPPING
The right to order is granted to people who have completed the age of 18. In case of false or altered information, the "online store" bears no responsibility and burdens the buyer with the shipping costs of the item. The order is valid after the required fields are filled in the online order form of the "online store". In order to complete the process, it is necessary to read and understand the terms of use as well as to accept them. Partial or total cancellation or change of the order is made only after the "online store" has been promptly informed by phone at the 2102138723 or email to the info@alpha-net.gr before the receipt of the item by the distribution company. In any other case, the buyer is charged with the shipping costs to and from the store, according to the price list of the cooperating distribution company. In case of registration error as to the stock of the product, the "online store" will immediately inform the buyer so that his order will be cancelled or modified.
4. PRICE LIST
The posted prices of the products in the "online store" are always in an easy-to-read position near each product. Prices can be changed without notice from the "online store" as the company deems necessary. Prices include VAT (24%) and are cash prices. The buyer with the confirmation of the order finalizes that he will receive the product at the price he accepted even if the price of the product is modified in the future. In case of error of registration as to the price of the product, the "online store" will immediately inform the buyer and reserves the right to cancel his order.
5. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT COSTS
The cost of the products is borne by the buyer. The amount of transportation costs is determined by each cooperating distribution company (courier) based on its price list and is borne entirely by the buyer. The delivery of the products takes place in 1-2 working days from the time of receipt by the distribution company and can be changed up to 4 working days if the delivery area is remote or inaccessible as reported by the courier company. In case of special conditions and force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.) the "online store" bears no responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the product. The "online store" is relieved of any liability in case of theft, damage to products or packaging after the delivery of the product to the buyer or his representative or transport company.
6. WARRANTIES
The products are accompanied by a guarantee of each manufacturer as specified through his official dealership. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, fall, moisture, intervention from unauthorized service and the product is automatically put "out of warranty".
Products marked EU (European Union) are covered by a 2-year warranty for service (repairs) in all authorized service of manufacturers in Greece – not for replacement.Apple smartphone-tablet products are covered by a one-year warranty from the manufacturer.XIAOMI smartphone products are covered by a one-year warranty from the supplier through our store.
The D.O.A. Service is provided to consumers for products that do not work at the time of pick-up (Dead Upon Receipt/Delivery). In order for this service to be valid, the product must be returned within 7 days to the "online store" (Tralleon 150 Galatsi) in order to be checked by an authorized service for the nature of the defect. If it is proved that the product has a manufacturing defect such that it is not considered repairable, the product will be replaced. In case there is no stock to replace, the consumer will be refunded.
7. Right of Withdrawal of purchase – Return of products
You have the right to return the products you purchased from our online store, without penalty and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you are charged only with the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail sales receipt or invoice.
The statement of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and "COMPANY" is obliged to send an acknowledgement of receipt of a statement of withdrawal as soon as it is received by it. Following the statement of withdrawal, "COMPANY" is obliged to pay the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products.
The delivery shipping costs are not reimbursed if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by "EPICHETRIGI".The refund of the money to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made.
8.COPYRIGHTS - CONTENT
All the content of the e-shop and its design are intellectual property of the "online store" and are protected by the applicable legislation. Consequently, it is forbidden to reproduce, copy or modify the contents of our websites without the written consent of the company.
9.LEGAL RIGHTS
For the resolution of disputes in the transaction that takes place between the COMPANY AGGELIS ANASTASIOS and the buyer, only the courts of Athens are competent and the law of Greece applies.
10. PERSONAL DATA
In order to initiate any transaction with the "online store" it is necessary for you to disclose some personal data, which are mainly used for security reasons. The information required to be disclosed is as follows:

In case of invoice issuance, the following are also required:
• Tax Office
• VAT number
• Professional Activity
• Company Name
The data you give to the "online store" are in no way disclosed to third parties and are not used for purposes other than the completion of the purchase of the products you wish, unless this is imposed by a Public Authority.
11.LIMITED LIABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE
The use of the website is at the sole responsibility of the customer-visitor. "BUSINESS" bears no responsibility for any damage that occurs directly or indirectly during your visit to our website.
12.USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user / customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the online store as provided by law and based on the rules of good faith and transactional ethics.
