1. SHIPPING METHODS – DELIVERY TIME
A) Pick-up from the store.
You can pick up the products from our store at Tralleon 150, Galatsi, Attica, and the payment can be made in cash or by debit / credit card of the customer.
B) Shipping with a courier company
a) Shipping costs nationwide.
• Shipping costs with payment by bank deposit or card. (Delivery to a city with local ACS COURIER store): 4.00 €.
• Shipping costs with payment by bank deposit or card. (Delivery nationwide) : 6.50 €.
• Shipping and payment costs with cash on delivery (For purchases up to 50€ – Delivery nationwide) : 7.00 €.
For shipments nationwide with payment by bank deposit or card in a city where there is no local ACS COURIER store, the customer can receive if he wishes in a city with a local ACS COURIER store with the corresponding charge (4.00 €).
For orders where the weight is more than 2 kg (titration), for each extra kilo the charge is: 2.00 €.
b) Shipping costs within athens basin
• Shipping costs with payment by bank deposit or card: 2.50 €.
• Shipping and payment costs with cash on delivery (For orders up to 50€): 4.00 €.
For orders where the weight is more than 2 kg (titration), for each extra kilo the charge is: 2.00 €.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – DELIVERY TIME
Your order is sent to the address you indicated during your order with a courier company where we cooperate. Delivery is made from 1-2 days, if the order has been made by 2 p.m. and outside some remote areas where the delivery time may reach up to 4-5 working days.

B) Bank deposit
If you have been informed about the exact amount of the order, you pay your debt in the following accounts.Bank commission expenses for deposits through a different bank are borne by the buyer.

You can make your purchase through debit, credit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
D) Cash on delivery (For orders up to 50€)
Payment by cash on delivery is valid only for orders of products up to the amount of 50 €.Upon receipt of the products you pay the amount due (product cost & shipping costs) to the transport company.
The cost of cash on delivery is included in the shipping costs.
Transactions – shipments over 500€ must be made, by law, by credit / debit card or via Bank deposit to the above accounts.
