Right of Withdrawal of purchase – Return of products

You have the right to return the products you purchased from our online store "alpha-net.gr" without penalty and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you are charged only with the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail sales receipt or invoice.

The statement of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and the "alpha-net.gr" store is obliged to send an acknowledgement of receipt of a statement of withdrawal as soon as it comes to it. Following the declaration of withdrawal, the store "alpha-net.gr" is obliged to pay the price received within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the products.

Delivery shipping costs are not reimbursed if the customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the "alpha-net.gr" store.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES

The products are accompanied by a guarantee of each manufacturer as specified through his official dealership. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, fall, moisture, intervention from unauthorized service and the product is automatically put "out of warranty".
Products marked EU (European Union) are covered by a 2-year warranty for service (repairs) in all authorized service of manufacturers in Greece – not for replacement.Apple smartphone-tablet products are covered by a one-year warranty from the manufacturer.XIAOMI smartphone products are covered by a one-year warranty from the supplier through our store.

The D.O.A. Service is provided to consumers for products that do not work at the time of pick-up (Dead Upon Receipt/Delivery). In order for this service to be valid, the product must be returned within 7 days to the store "Alplanet – Aggelis An." (Tralleon 150 Galatsi) to be checked by authorized service for the nature of the defect. If it is proved that the product has a manufacturing defect such that it is not considered repairable, the product will be replaced. In case there is no stock to replace, the consumer will be refunded.
